At MB360, we are confident you will be satisfied with our recorded courses. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund for a recorded course within **14 days** of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within the 14-day window.
  • You must not have completed more than **20%** of the course content.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any reason after the 14-day period has passed, or if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.

2. Refund Process

Once a refund request has been approved, the processing of the refund will begin. Please note the following timelines:

  • **Minimum Duration:** Refunds are typically processed within a minimum of **7 business days**.
  • **Maximum Duration:** It may take up to a maximum of **14 business days** for the refund to be completed and the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a participant is found violating our terms and conditions, no refund will be issued.
